obsessing about it, and I would say that it really reached my expectations. This books would really make you want to fall  in love. No wonder I've finished it in a span of three days. I've finished the first book for two days, and immediately read the second book and finished it in one day. I don't want to spill out the story because I want you to read it with all your heart. Warning, you will tear up. This book will show you how strong the power of love is, not just for boys but also for you family, your sisters. also, you would probably be into writing letters after reading this book. It reminded me how sentimental and romantic a letter could be, not a letter on your email or a message on your phone, but a real letter sent to your mailbox written in a plain paper or in a fancy scented stationary. A real letter you can touch and keep in a box that would hold your memories forever. Reading this book and stepping into the world of Lara Jean made me fall in love with the characters. Josh, Peter and John ( but let us not forget Lucas and the boy she met on church camp, I forgot the name haha ) .

Nowadays, people eye on those grand surprises

Won't be talking about books nor clothes. Just want to share my current thoughts regarding my life right now. This started in June 8, 2015 ,yup, that is my first day as a college student, and since then, I've never met real happiness again. Simply because, I had regretted all my decisions in choosing what path to take, more like, what university to enter. I ended up entering a college which is a three-hour travel time away from my home. In short, I'm forced to stay in a dormitory. I know that I'm extremely blessed to afford college, and I'm thankful for that, knowing that many don't have the financial capability to go. But again, I'm not being a brat or a rebel. But being away from my family is something I'm not ready for, I know that I'll be away someday for work, but as early as college ? That's different. I tried opening this  matter to my sisters, joking around that I would like to transfer school, but nothing happened. All of them said it's just homesickness weighing me down. I tried discussing it with my boyfriend too, but he eventually got tired of listening to my dilemma, because I am basically crying over the phone whether it's a weekday night at my dorm, or a weekend night with me not wanting to go back to the dormitory or go to school the following day. This issue causes me to skip class. My sisters aren't like me, they are strong, they survived college in dormitories. In my case, I spend my college days sleeping, reading or just lying down on my bed at nights. rejecting any kinds of invitations from my friends to go out, simply because I made a very few number of friends in college. They're enjoying their life at its finest by going out after class, I envy them for that. I kept praying to have this courage and strength to pursue the track where I am in now, but nothing changes. This life event made a really good job on putting a very big hole in my heart. Back in high school, I was known to be a very jolly girl who always has her joke ready. I go to school happily, never wanting to miss school even when I'm sick. College killed that girl. It changed her starting from within. It put a cloud of blues upon her head which follows her everywhere, striking a lighting which casts a shadow of lonesome and melancholic.

Since that very first day of college, all I do is think about the what ifs and the road not taken. Right now, I am a mess that probably no one could manage.

Hello there ! I'm back with my second book review for Rainbow Rowell's latest book Carry On. This is the most recent book that I've read, if you happen to read my At The Moment | 1 , then it's there. So now let's head on to the review.

Carry On by Rainbow Rowell

The story is about a chosen one who has a vampire sworn enemy that he believes is plotting an evil plan for his end. It revolves around the magical world of mages, but things would turn to a 360 degree because of a sudden revelation from the past, that marks the start of exciting and unexpected things that would happen.

Review:

If you have already read Rainbow Rowell's Fangirl you might probably recognize the characters in this book. I believe this is the fan-fiction that Cather Avery ( from Fangirl ) is writing in the novel that she had been obsessing about. So basically, this book has magic wands, vampires, nymphs and humans  ( or normals as the books call them ). Many of you might compare this to J.K Rowling's Harry Potter Series, and I want you to get rid of that thought, because this novel has a fresh and unique touch.  As what the back of the book says,  "Carry On is a ghost story, a love story, and a mystery. " and they've got it right.  This book has the exact amount of sexiness, romance, powerful magic and adventures. Definitely a book you would bring everywhere.  I swear,  I've been holding on to it since the first chapter.  A really great book indeed, and an another job well done for  Rainbow  Rowell.  The twist of the book at the near end is amazing and shocking at the same time.

Nocturnal ? Vampire ? Bat ? Well the answer is NO. I am a typical teenager. I am a call center agent Night Owl, and these are my confessions.

-Night Sky-

Who wouldn't adore the very calm and peaceful night sky? Stars scattered everywhere shining as if their meant for you, and the melancholic feeling that the moon never fails to showcase.

-City Lights-

I really do enjoy just sitting in our terrace randomly appreciating the view of the city from up here ( I'm from Antipolo City, so yeah, I live on mountain tops ). There's this certain relaxing feeling that the flickering city lights gives me.

-Streets-

Observing how a busy street at day, lie lows to a very quiet night now with only few people strolling down the streets either rushing on their way home or balancing a cup of coffee to keep them buzzed up at work. This may sound tosh, but streets at night has a special space in my heart.

-Quietness-

Silence is very loud at night, and I adore it. Simple as that.

-Science Thingy Majjigy-

Well, my brain activity is way way way better at night. Trust me, I'm writing this, and it's currently 10:02 pm and would probably finish this quarter past eleven, or not haha and after that, I might still work on something or read my book or even play sims, and secretly wait for early birthday greetings.

These are the answers for anyone who's wondering why I love to walk outside at night. Why I'd rather go for a coffee at night than on day light. Not because I'm a vampire, I do have sharp fangs though, seriously, but because I appreciate the vibe that night gives me, especially when I'm alone. Is this an Introvert Thing ? I don't know, all I know is I am a certified Night Owl.

In general, the journey and the story line is amazing, thumbs up to Eowyn Ivey for a book who went to my Top 5 favorite books right at the moment I have finished reading it.

Sad. like really sad. Second semester starts today *absent ako oo absent ako* well, I have my reasons  and the break is super dooper cooper looper bitin. Hard to be apart from your family during school days though. Double the stress, Double the sadness #lonesome

Thinking
About what will happen tomorrow at school. Not that excited for my second semester, still not able to adjust with university thing and dorm thingy majiggy.

Wanting
More days and more time with family please please pleeeaaase and to transfer school (a wish from the deeps of my heart)

I'f you're wondering "What the heck is an Astral Drop?" or "Where did Astral Drop come from?"  I'm here to answer your questions.

I'm pretty sure most of you haven't heard of the term Astral Drop ever in your life. That's why I'm here to explain it to you if it made you curious.

Astral Drop is a term I got from a comic series entitled W.I.T.C.H. which I read back in my childhood days. It's my favorite of all time (probably because it's also the only comic series that I've ever read as of now). Basically, it is a story about five girls who where given a pendant called the Heart of Kandrakar bestowed to the leader of the Guardians of Kandrakar (reffering to the girls) and enables them to transform into their superhero alter egos by channeling the power of the heart into them. 

Now, together with their powers, they are given this ability to create a duplicate of theirselves while they're away. These duplicates are called doppelganger oops no hahaha , Astral Drops.

Now that's where it came from.... hahaha now I'm secretly hoping deep within my heart that one of my reader recognizes the comics. *thinking out loud* 

The reason behind why I used it as my Blog Name is because I consider this blog as an Astral Drop of my own, my duplicate. I believe that this blog is a reflection of my self and my life.
