The Body Shop Skincare Workshop
12 MarchLast February 15, I was invited to attend to an event by The Body Shop, where we were thought really helpful tips and hacks for our daily skincare routine. The highlight of the workshop is basically having a multi-purpose product in your routine. They introduced us to their newest Raw Shea Butter from Ghana. Shea butter has long been an ingredient abundant to their collections but this new release proves to be much better.
The raw shea butter could be mixed to all of the basic products in your home in order for you to create a product that could add a little omph to your routine, and I am here to share a few of those hacks to you.
1. Mix a scoop of a raw shea butter to your previous body wash to create a much more softening and glowing effect after your shower. It seriously leaves my skin more moisturized and a bit brighter than normal.
2. You could also have a quick dash to your kitchen and mix shea butter to you ordinary sugar or salt to create a moisturizing scrub for your chapped lips and body.
3. Warming a little amount of raw shea butter in your palm until it melts and mixing it with coconut oil could also act as an overnight hair mask for your hair that will boost the natural waves and adds a healthy glow to it.
To be honest, I am really delighted to have a raw and natural product added in my skincare routine because it eliminates the harmful effects brought to us by the chemical ingredients from the products we ought to love and use. Would highly highly recommend you to try the raw shea butter, a guaranteed worth the price!
